I am about to enroll in my medical benefits.Blue Cross or Kaiser?

Its an HMO and the plans are similar...I have had Kaiser before its ok cuz they have facilities all over, but ive heard Blue cross is better(but with blue cross u have to find a Physician from any office and I am not familiar with any..any suggestions...I am in California....Help
