I have just replaced the rear cette (Deore), rear derailleur (LX), crankset (XT) and chain, (sram).?

I can not seem to get the bike adjust to where it will not skip in the 2 tallest gears in the back. The XT rings change like a dream and I can not seem to get the back dialed in. Help!!!
