Ever had a TRULY insane boss?

i'm not talking 'run of the mill unreasonable', or just a bubble off plumb...i mean CRAZY! i once worked for...let's call him 'jack'...he would issue these goofy plans and when you followed them completely and to the letter, and they would utterly fail, he'd just flip out! once he had a salesperson call on mr a at xyz company...only problem, company xyz was a rival company who had no desire or need for our services, and mr a didn't work there-never had! so 'jack' flipped out on the salesperson, then called mr a on his personal cell and cussed him our for not working for company xyz...then forgot what it was he was calling about in the first place! he would call employees at home at odd hours and ask them about things that had nothing to do with their part of the company...the company motto seemed to be 'well, jack's like that'...it didn't take me long to clear out...and soon enough the company folded, costing about 150 jobs to be lost...
