Did anyone else think mccoys p may have been intentional grounding?

With 7 seconds left mccoy finally calls go, and as he scrambled out his o-line also rolled out and he threw the ball away from inside the tackle. I dont know if anyone else caught that if not look at the play again, he definately threw that ball from inside his tackles. Therefore it shouldve been a 15 yard penalty, so a 61 yard field goal attempt. I think the refs missed one.
