How do i tell a boy that il like him but at the same time i have a boyfriend out of the country?

i went on holiday this summer and i meta boy he likes me a lot and me to i've fallen in love with him but then i had to go back to england and we keep in touch by phone msn email ect.. i dont have the same feeling i had while i was there for anymore but i still love and think about him and the next time i see him is like in 2 yars time but now there this boy that i like i think he likes me but i dont know what to do i have mix feeling am very fustrated help pls
