Would Carly and Shawn on General Hospital make a good couple?

I'm starting to think that the GH writers are dropping hints with some scenes that Carly and Shawn will become a couple on the show soon. I think they may actually make a very interesting couple. They seem to have quite a few things in common: They're both good-looking and snappy, they both love kids and are a bit on the crazy side and have a sordid past. I'd like to see what a relationship between the 2 of them could lead to.
