Should i tell this aquarian that i like him and does he like me?will i be ruining a friendship if he doesn't?

hi there,i'm a gemini totally into this aquarian i met a little more than a month ago,well i work with him.I've never met someone as funny as him.I get his jokes and he knows it and he totally gets me,i've never laughed soo hard in my life.He picks on me at times,making me laugh at my own flaws and i notice him always staring at me at times then staring away.He always tries to make me laugh,then one day i think some colleague from work and someone put it in is head that i wanted to get with him and crap!I was pissed because i never said anything like that,he told another colleague that he didn't want to work with me because he thought i wanted to get with him,well i was obviously enraged and so i confronted him and told him to get his facts straight.Now we are good friends still.He still makes me laugh,but i like him.He said he went out with this other girl and that she was a gemini like me and asked me if it would work out btwn them,i felt bad! Should i let him know i like him?
