Question about my nightmare?

Unless you already know the page by heart you mind had to put something in place. The chapter/book could have been random from a memory. Often your physical state is reflected in your dreams. You feel cold then you feel it in your dream because dreams don't actually cause physical feelings. I would also say that if you have been constantly thinking about the exorcist movies or how you are afraid of them it may have led you to dream about it.
