Liver Enzymes a Little high?

I recently had blood work and they said my liver enzymes were a little high. I was told not to drink alcohol for a week nor take Tylenol. I have taken Tylenol almost my entire life, since I was 14 and my brother died of Rye's Syndrome. I don't take medicine very often and I am a light drinker. I am only about 10-15 pounds overweight. My only health problem is hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia and I don't take any meds for that. Almost everything imaginable runs in my family but I have never heard of any liver problems. Can anyone shed any light?
