I need help deciding between a 35 rem or a 30-30 winchester read carefully?

I was wondering, because i have posted many questions now, about the two, which one. Ok i am getting a rifle for all around purposes, and decided between two of them. i just want one rifle i can stick for a long time until i can wait a while to get around again and buy another one for more specific purposes. I have chosen between the 30-30 winchester, and the 35 remington. Both shooting out of a marlin 336 lever action rifle. Now i have said this before, you can go as low as the 150 grain bullet for the 35 remington, and as low as 125 grain for the 30-30. Now i will say i travel to do a majority of my hunting in Wisconsin, and Minnesota. The animals i hunt there include the great black bear, coyotes, and whitetail deer. i hunt coyotes and whitetail more often, but i do like to occasionally get a black bear at least 1-3 times a year. Remember i only want one rifle, not the both of them or a different choice than what i have listed, so what do you recommend?
