Berkley cherrywood fishing rod?

i was looking threw big rods and their lb ratings. lot of big rods are only rated for 15 to 25 lb.i will be fishing for pike and big b and others.and i come across this little rod berkley cherrywood casting 6' 10-25 lb .i will be putting a low profile baitcaster on it.does anyone know or have used them. will it handle bigger fish.any info will help.i know more expensive rods will be better.but i am a tight wad.
